Ricardo Báez (Caracas, 1983). Graphic designer, editor, and researcher specializing in editorial design, exhibition design, cultural visual identities, and the theory and practice of the photobook. He graduated with honors from the ProDiseño School in Caracas, Venezuela. In 2022, he became the third Venezuelan designer to join the Alliance Graphique Internationale (AGI, Switzerland). Through a transdisciplinary practice, his work integrates research, critical thinking, and artistic production, paying special attention to the theoretical and material possibilities of visual communication. His professional approach combines conceptual rigor with technical precision to optimize available resources and explore the relationships between form, content, and context. Typography and the printed medium play a central role in his process, understood not merely as communication tools but as autonomous vehicles for thought and expression. Email
